More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Site plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this latest document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section identifying various areas of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the current oversight process.
